Should you vacuum before the carpet/upholstery cleaning service is carried out?
Yes, you should vacuum your carpet, vacuuming is not part of our carpet cleaning services. It’s proved that 86% of dirt on carpets is a loose soil.

How often I should get my carpets/upholstery professionally cleaned?
Carpets and upholstery should be professionally cleaned every 6-12 months. Cleaning more often will not affect their life; in fact it can extend their life span.
How long before I can not walk on my carpet after your carpet cleaning service?
You can walk immediately, but we will recommend to wait until completely dry, that is from 1 to 2 hours maximum.
